Peter Seitel President / CEO
Peter Seitel, cofounder of Seitel Leeds, has been in the information technology business since 1982 as a computer programmer, analyst, IT service manager, and business executive. Under his direction Seitel Leeds became one of the premier network engineering firms in the Puget Sound region, and was twice listed as one of Price Waterhouse’s “Top 50 Firms” in the Pacific Northwest.
Mr. Seitel, a former geologist for both a Puget Sound geotechnical consulting firm and the U.S. Corp of Engineers, is a graduate of Middlebury College. He holds an ITIL Certificate in IT Service Management and has pursued graduate studies in Operations Research at the University of Washington. When he’s not working, he can generally be found bicycling Puget Sound back roads, spending time with his family and friends, or volunteering as a mathematics tutor to Seattle students.

Rob Palmer Principal Engineer A principal of Seitel Leeds since 1991, Rob designs and implements LANs and WANs. He has extensive experience in all aspects of computer hardware electronics and operations and has expertise in Novell NetWare and Microsoft Windows NT operating systems.
Rob specializes in large-scale government system implementations and support. He is skilled in all types of cable plant and network troubleshooting. Rob frequently uses scripting languages and C programming language to build troubleshooting tools.
